Managing Director and Principal Consultant

Conni Warren is a Principal Consultant with On the Same Page Consulting, supporting Northern Territory public sector organisations with recruitment, job design, and workforce capability.

With deep experience across government and the not-for-profit sector, Conni is known for making complex, compliance-heavy processes feel clear, calm, and well managed. She works as a trusted partner—anticipating what’s needed, managing detail, and reducing the mental load for busy leaders who want confidence their decisions are fair, defensible, and done properly.

Conni has led large-scale recruitment campaigns, and has delivered fast, compliant recruitment outcomes for the NT Government. Her experience spans education, emergency management, finance, land management, procurement, and a wide range of operational and governance environments, giving her a practical, whole-of-system perspective on public sector workforce needs.

Alongside recruitment delivery, Conni supports organisations to design roles and teams for clarity and impact and delivers training that builds internal capability rather than reliance.

Her approach is direct, structured, and people-centred—grounded in strong systems, clear communication, and respect for both policy and the individuals within it.
