Conni has more than 20 year’s experience in providing advice to clients, managers and peers in corporations, government and non-government organisations, including small to medium business.
Conni is a current and past business owner having run a successful and profitable, financial services business in Katherine, NT. Her skill set is diverse. Much of her career has been in sales, administration and management.
Conni is familiar with working with clients from across the NT and Australia and working across, and removing the barriers of, distance, knowledge and culture.She has experience, training and qualifications in sales, public administration, procurement and recruitment, business administration, leadership and management, human resources, government investigations, emergency management, work health and safety, financial services and training.

Gaylene is a highly experienced communications and stakeholder engagement professional.
A degree-qualified newspaper journalist, Gaylene has applied her way with words to assignments as diverse as award-winning post-cyclone crisis communications, delivering a world-first energy efficiency community education program in Queensland’s remote and island communities and helping a Government Owned Corporation transform its safety culture.
With millions of published words under her belt, Gaylene has a talent for taking complex and technical information and turning it into engaging plain English for a general audience in both print and digital media.
Justine O’Brien

Justine has a long-lasting career in both administration and business management. Her expertise in these areas has been invaluable to not-for-profit organisations, where she has been instrumental in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures. Justine has 8 years experience within the childcare sector where she worked her way up to become the Director of a not-for-profit childcare facility. Her responsibilities included managing the daily operations and a team of childcare professionals.
Justine has extensive experience in grant writing, having successfully secured funding for not-for-profit organisations in both the childcare and sporting club sectors.
Justine is well-versed in not-for-profit governance and committee management, having served on various committees throughout her career. She has lived in the Territory for 25 years, which has given her a deep understanding of the local community and the unique challenges faced by organisations in the region.
Molly Warren
Administrator
Molly holds a passion for design and producing creative content. Her experience in business administration here and at another Darwin business, has grown her customer service, communication and organisational skills. Molly is eager to learn from the senior employees and grow her skills whilst at OTSPC.
“In my time at OTSPC, I plan to explore my interest in writing and design, whilst providing administrative support. My plan for the future is to pursue a tertiary education in the design field, and I want to provide services in that field to the family business."
Kate Leafe

Kate is just starting out in the world of business. She recently graduated high school her in Darwin with an Award for Business Innovation from the Department of Treasury and Finance, along with Academic Excellence Awards in Business Innovation and English in the same year.
Kate prides herself in her effective communication, and ability to work under pressure while prioritising customer satisfaction.
