We conduct stakeholder interviews, analyse NTPS frameworks, and prepare a new JAQ and Job Description that clearly outline responsibilities, qualifications, and performance standards.

Option 3 – Detailed job and workforce design

For teams needing deeper support or organisational change.

This option may include role mapping, capability framework analysis, and workshops with multiple stakeholders.

Typical timeline

For standard JAQ projects (Options 1 and 2), the full process takes around two to three weeks, including consultation, drafting, and review.
Complex workforce design projects (Option 3) are scoped and scheduled to suit your organisation’s needs.
