Scribe and Recruitment Coordinator
Are you an experienced administrator, team leader or have secretariat experience? Are you looking for a flexible work-from-home role?

On the Same Page Consulting is growing and we need an organised, pro-active, detail-oriented person who is a great listener and note taker and (preferably) experienced with government recruitment processes, especially in the NT. This is a work-from-home role based in the Northern Territory but will require some on-site meetings.

We do everything from business planning for small start-ups to recruitment for senior NT government department roles. Our small, collaborative team needs people who can fit into our dynamic way of working, learn new systems and processes quickly and handle the demands of independently managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Who we are looking for someone who has:
proven experience and knowledge working in industry, not for profit, business or government environments
a good understanding of government recruitment processes
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong attention to detail
ability to work independently
excellent time management skills and the ability to meet very tight deadlines.

This is a work-from-home position based in the Northern Territory.

Role responsibilities:
Carry out administrative functions for the team – we use Xero, ClickUp and Microsoft Teams
Process and action accounts including bills, expenses, invoices, payroll, and reconciliations.
Contribute to website, newsletters and marketing activities
Manage own workload to meet deadlines and team processes.
Apply if you have:
Proven experience in mid-level administrative roles
Strong service attitude and extensive customer service experience
Strong organisational and time management skills and can pay attention to the details
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software – especially ClickUp project management system
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Live in the Northern Territory.
